Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.  Please contact us to receive return authorization.  If you have used a portion of the item, refunds will be pro-rated for the portion consumed.  If the return is made because of buyer error or dissatisfaction with the product, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - U.S. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Also, we cannot be held responsible for customs delays or seizures.

In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, we do not offer tracking for international standard shipping service under 4 lbs.
